Do you offer a consultation and meet with us before the first visit?
Absolutely. I will meet with you and your pet(s) to determine the most appropriate type and frequency of service.
We will discuss, in detail, matters regarding the health, temperment, and necessary activity level for your pet(s).
What is the cost of this consultation?
There is no cost for an initial consultation.
How far will you travel and is there a mileage fee?
There is a .50/mile charge for service outside Monroe County.
What hours are you available?
Our regular hours are from 7AM to 9PM , seven days per week.
Are you bonded and insured?
Yes I am fully insured and bonded through Mourer Foster. I will be more than happy to supply you with documentation of this at the consultation.
Do you have emergency backup in case you can’t get to my home that day?
Yes, I have a bonded, trained professional available in the event of an emergency.
Will you spend the night in my home if necessary?
Yes, we have a variety of extended stay options available.
